Deadline and submission conditions  (pdf. document) 

Complete articles (including artwork), accompanied by a letter and a cover sheet, should be sent in digital format no later than May 1 of each year. In the letter to the Editorial Board, author(s) will explicitly mention that the manuscript 1) is an original work and it has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere; 2) respects the principles of ethics and professional deontology stated in the journal's Ethics Statement; 3) the author have no financial claims.

 The cover sheet should include information about the authors and their main affiliations, the article’s title and extension (a-e). It should also provide the following information:

 If an article is written in French or German, components 5-7 must be in the same language, and components 8-10 in Romanian and English.

 Before submitting the manuscript, the authors are kindly asked to carefully check the existence of all its component parts, the correlation between text and artwork or tables, as well as the completeness of the footnotes, references and of the abbreviations list.

The editor-in-chief has the right to reject incomplete articles or articles that do not correspond to the editorial and ethical norms of this journal.
